PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 11, 2014) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Bradley A. Cosman, an associate in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been named chair-elect of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Bradley began serving as chair-elect July 1, 2014, and will begin serving as chair on July 1, 2015.

Bradley, an associate with the firm’s Business practice, has extensive experience in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. He advises a variety of clients, including debtors, committees, secured and unsecured creditors, estate professionals, entities defending complex avoidance actions, and other parties-in-interest. Bradley is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. He earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University and received undergraduate degrees in both finance and marketing (summa cum laude) from Arizona State University.

The State Bar of Arizona is a non-profit organization that operates under the supervision of the Arizona Supreme Court. The Bar includes approximately 17,500 active attorneys and provides education and development programs for the legal profession and the public.
