Bradley Cosman counsels stakeholders in all aspects of restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. Bradley distinguishes his practice by drawing on his deep financial background and experience as a financial turnaround consultant to synthesize legal, strategic, financial, and operational advice. He also turns to his previous experience when counseling clients on nondistressed transactional matters and strategic business planning.
Bradley is a former financial consultant at FTI Consulting, and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He represents the full spectrum of stakeholders, with extensive experience representing privately held companies, private equity sponsors, and committees of unsecured creditors.
Bradley previously served as chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona State Bar, as well as a Ninth Circuit lawyer representative for the District of Arizona.
In 2019, Bradley was named by the American Bankruptcy Institute as a "40 Under 40" honoree.
