SEATTLE, Wash. (April 18, 2018) - Perkins Coie represented Oberto Sausage Company, a 100 year old family-owned business that makes meat snacks including all natural jerky, pepperoni and other smoked meats, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX: PBH), a specialty food manufacturing and distribution company. The transaction is expected to close within the next four to six weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
