SEATTLE, Wash. (February 20, 2014) - Perkins Coie represented client Emeritus Senior Living (NYSC: ESC), the nation’s largest assisted living and memory care provider, in its merger with Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD), a leading owner and operator of senior living communities, to create the only national senior living solutions company.
