PHOENIX, Ariz. (November 6, 2017) - Perkins Coie represents Cornbread Ventures LP, the ownership entity for Z'Tejas and Taco Guild restaurants located in the Phoenix, AZ area and Austin, TX, in its Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix.

Phoenix partner Jordan Kroop is lead restructuring counsel and assisted Cornbread Ventures in acquiring its restaurants out of a previous Chapter 11 case two years ago. The Perkins Coie team includes Phoenix counsel Brad Cosman.
