CHICAGO, Ill. (August 15, 2017) - Perkins Coie LLP represented AIPA Properties, LLC in securing a $165 million loan from Allegiant Real Estate Capital, a commercial real estate lender and debt investor, for the mortgage on a 912,000-square-foot mixed-use office / warehouse complex in Honolulu, Hawaii. AIPA Properties, doing business as Airport Industrial Park, develops, manages, and leases a multi-level facility of both Class A office space and high-cube or light warehouse located adjacent to the Honolulu International Airport.
