SEATTLE (April 4, 2023)Perkins Coie is proud to announce its inclusion on the 2023 Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For®” —the firm’s 21st consecutive year on the list. The firm ranks 39 this year.

Over the past year, the firm has added a range of health and well-being offerings to its robust benefits program for its lawyers and business professionals. Some of the additions include expanded mental health services, parental leave policies and personal medical leave policies; a Peloton discount program and free access to the Peloton app; free access to the Calm app; and regular opportunities for personnel to connect and collaborate. The firm reinstated a variety of in-person conferences and retreats for its personnel at the practice group and department level, which had been conducted virtually during the pandemic. The firm also maintains a hybrid work culture that supports the individual working lifestyles of its lawyers and business professionals, as well as its signature sabbatical program.

To determine the 100 Best Companies to Work For®, Fortune partners with Great Place To Work to survey and analyze the anonymous survey responses of more than half a million employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with at least 1,000 workers. Recognition by Fortune is based on a company’s ability to offer positive outcomes for its employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifiers.
