Perkins Coie Partner Ronald Sarubbi, was interviewed recently for a taped segment on financial reporting website The Deal to discuss the Trust Indenture Act’s impact on recent restructurings.

Ronald serves on The Deal’s advisory committee, which advises on the publication’s editorial and product development efforts and consists of a selective cross-section of the deal-making community. The Deal provides users—including law firms, investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms—with analysis of potential and announced transactions for business development and research.
