SEATTLE (February 4, 2021)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Jason Day has been named chair of the firm’s national Corporate practice, and Brian Eiting has been named vice chair of the practice.

Jason, who has led the Public Companies and Capital Markets practice since 2017, represents a wide variety of public companies on capital markets, securities, and corporate governance matters. Since joining Perkins Coie in 2011, Jason has held several firm leadership positions, including currently serving as a member of the firmwide Executive Committee. He has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers and Best Lawyers.

Brian, who has practiced in the firm’s Seattle and New York offices, represents high-growth companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions. He has played an instrumental role in the growth of the Corporate practice, particularly as it relates to the New York tech community, and has been active in the leadership of the firm.
