Brian Eiting, a partner in the firm's Corporate practice, focuses on general corporate and transactional representation of private companies, public companies and private equity sponsors. His practice emphasizes a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, divestitures and carve-outs, private and growth equity investments, venture capital financings and joint ventures. Brian has represented companies in a variety of industries, including Microsoft, Rhapsody, Outerwall, Amazon.com, Expedia, OmniVere, Advanced Digital Information Corporation and ZymoGenetics.
He is also a co-editor of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives and a regular speaker on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity topics.
