CHICAGO, IL (February 14, 2019) - Perkins Coie represented Boeing [NYSE: BA], the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space and security systems and service provider of aftermarket support, in its partnership with Aerion, a Nevada-based aircraft manufacturer.

As part of the agreement, Boeing made a significant investment in Aerion to speed the development of supersonic aircraft technology and design. Boeing will also provide manufacturing, engineering and flight test support for Aerion.
