Nicholas Gellert was quoted in the Law360 article, “Wash. Justices Muddy Waters On Insurer Unfairness Suits” regarding the Washington State's Supreme Court’s decision regarding Washington’s Insurance Fair Conduct Act.

"If an insurer ultimately pays benefits two years down the road but in the meantime gets away with ignoring the policyholder or making the policyholder jump through hoops, the opinion comes to the conclusion that IFCA doesn't address that." Gellert said. "I can see how the court got to that conclusion, but I think it misses the real gist and purpose behind the statute."
