The U.S. has introduced the world to its newest weapon in this anti-bribery fight, namely, the Dodd-Frank Act’s scheme of enhancing law enforcement’s evidence-gathering capacity via substantial "finder’s fees" for successful whistleblowers. In this article, Markus Funk argues that the U.S., in so doing, has once again raised the international anti-corruption enforcement bar.
