Marc Martin was quoted in the Law360 article, "Top 3 Groups Lobbying The FCC," regarding issues of telephone and TV accessibility and emerging broadcast technology.

Marc Martin said service providers may be seeking to ease regulations viewed as cumbersome. But from a consumer standpoint, he said the ability to switch providers via phone isn't a right customers are rallying to uphold.

"This shouldn't be hard. If somebody wants to change providers, they know how to communicate that," he said. "I don't think it's something that keeps consumers up at night — unless they get scammed."
