Marc Martin was quoted in the Law360 article, "3 Things To Know After FCC's Net Neutrality Vote," commenting on some of the issues service providers will be faced with as the FCC rolls back net neutrality rules.

As the issue moves forward, service providers will particularly be faced with a messaging dilemma, said Marc S. Martin, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP. It may be tough to sell the notion of handing ISPs "flexibility" that could impact consumer service, he said.

"Both sides are trying to frame this in terms of freedom. Both sides want to say they're on the side of Mom, apple pie and baseball," he said.
