Following a lengthy vetting process, the Registrar of the ICC concluded that Perkins Coie Partner Markus Funk qualified under Rule 22 and Regulation 67, and added him to the List of Counsel. Markus is now pre-qualified to represent the interests of victims of atrocity crimes at the ICC.
