Perkins Coie Partners T. Markus Funk and Michael Sink, representing Joel Esquenazi, filed a joint Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court seeking review of the ruling in the first-ever federal appellate challenge to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act’s constitutionality. (Funk and Sink are representing Mr. Esquenazi pro bono in his appeal; they were not, however, involved in his trial.)
