Perkins Coie hosted the January CleanTech Alliance Breakfast Briefing. Elliot Mainzer, Administrator of the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), presented on managing the nonprofit federal agency that markets carbon-free power, operating a high-voltage renewable power grid, and leading significant regional power initiatives.
