Barak Cohen was quoted in a front-page Washington Post story, "The Catch-22 of Federal Leak Cases," which discussed the U.S. Department of Justice's efforts to prosecute national security officials for allegedly leaking classified information. "When you're talking about classified information, that complicates everything considerably," said Cohen, a former federal prosecutor who worked briefly on the Sterling leak case. Federal prosecutors "really have to weigh whether they're serious enough to want to find avenues to provide all this classified information to the defense," Cohen said.
