Barak Cohen was quoted in The Washington Times in an article, "Trying Elected Officials After Ruling: It’s Complicated" regarding the Supreme Court opinion making it harder for Justice Department prosecutors to bring corruption charges against politicians in the future. He added, “The government’s going to be very careful about how it charges official acts in the future. I don’t think you’re going to see any super aggressive cases like this one for a while.”
