Allan Low was quoted in the KQED article, "Could a New SF Commercial Eviction Ordinance Save Japantown?" regarding San Francisco's Board of Supervisors' unanimous vote to pass a commercial eviction ordinance.

“The mayor's order really relied on the good faith of the two parties to work out their deals, or to resolve their disputes,” said Allan, who emphasized that hasn’t been largely the case.
