Represented Boeing in defense of 18-plaintiff breach of contract and fraud in employment claims. Seven-week jury trial resulted in unanimous defense verdicts for Boeing across the board for all plaintiffs on all claims. Verdicts were affirmed on appeal. Bynum, et al. v. The Boeing Co., 85 Wn.
