Chicago (March 22, 2019) – Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that partners John Schreiner and Randy Bridgeman are finalists for the “Dealmaker of the Year” and “Food & Beverage Dealmaker of the Year” categories, respectively, in The Deal Awards: Middle Market. Perkins Coie is also shortlisted as a nominee in the “Deal of the Year” and “Technology & Telecom Deal of the Year” categories for advising Trimble’s acquisition of e-Builder.

Corporate partner John Schreiner represents private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and private equity financings. John’s transactional work is focused across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage manufacturers and distributors, outdoor industry retailers and manufacturers, providers of mobile and web-based services, and biotechnology and medical products and device companies.

Randy Bridgeman co-chairs the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice. He counsels public and private companies through every stage of their transactions, from pre-sale preparations to closings. One of his recent matters includes a series of cross-border, co-manufacturing joint-ventures for a global food manufacturer.

Partners Jeff Beuche and Tim Fete led the Perkins Coie deal team in the Trimble acquisition of e-Builder.

Jeff leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and represents clients in all stages of a transaction, from establishing an efficient transaction process and structure to documentation and negotiation and finally to closing and integration. He has a strong background in the technology, software and telecommunications industries.  

Tim represents clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, growth equity financings and other complex corporate transactions, with a focus in technology and software sectors.
