What is Net Neutrality? What does it mean for me as a consumer, or for my company as it places data on the internet? This panel will begin by defining Net Neutrality, and then discuss the underlying infrastructure and evolving economics of the concept as individuals, entrepreneurs and enterprises grow in their demands of data usage.

Throughout this discussion, we hope to peel back the layers of technology, usability and regulatory standards to better understand the fundamental forces at play.
