Renee Rothauge was quoted in the Bloomberg Law* article, "Judges Weigh Bigger Rooms, Cleaner Mics as Jury Trials Restart," regarding the changing of courtroom dynamics as federal courts prepare for jury trials in civil suits.

One of the biggest differences in holding jury trials during the health crisis is the amount of space required: two-to-three times more than normal, according to Renee, member of an American Board of Trial Advocates task force studying the issue.

“This is what I would call a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reassess and reinvent,” Renee said.
