Seattle (October 4, 2019) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that it has been ranked among America’s “Top Corporate Law Firms” for 2019 by Forbes.

Perkins Coie was also noted by Forbes for being an “early entrant” into fintech and blockchain legal work and for the counsel it has provided to clients in this evolving area. The firm’s Blockchain Technology & Digital Currency industry group was established in May 2013 and now consists of 60-plus attorneys who have helped over 300 clients on a range of legal issues, including regulatory, IP and enforcement matters.

This is first time that Forbes has ranked the top U.S. corporate law firms, and the rankings were based on a survey of over 2,500 in-house lawyers, practicing lawyers and other legal industry professionals across the country.

Perkins Coie is also dedicated to diversity and inclusion and has been named as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® and as a Top Ten Firm for Gender Equity by Yale Law Women in its 2019 Top Ten Firms for Gender Equity and Family Friendliness Report. In addition, Perkins Coie earned a top score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
