Perkins Coie was ranked 42nd among 100 companies across the United States “whose support for parents has stood out during an unprecedented and challenging year for employees with caregiving duties,” according to Great Place to Work®.

The rankings were based on surveys of 440,000 working parents at 1,244 U.S. companies during 2020 who provided insights about how their employers’ values and support helped them experience trust and reach full potential at work, while taking into account the benefits and parental leave policies provided by their employers.

Great Place to Work® recognizes outstanding workplace cultures and produces the annual Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For®” rankings.
