Thomas Boeder, Cori Moore, Laura Hennessey and Barry Reingold were mentioned as counsel to Landmark in the Law360* article, “Theater Monopoly Suit Proceeds, But Parent Co. Escapes,” regarding is fighting antitrust claims.

An attorney for Landmark, Thomas L. Boeder, said in an email Monday that the theater chain is pleased with the dismissal of the parent company.

“Landmark believes that dismissal of the entire case at the initial stage would have been appropriate but obviously respects the court’s decision and will continue to vigorously defend the case," Thomas said.

Landmark is represented by Thomas L. Boeder, Cori G. Moore, Laura K. Hennessey and Barry J. Reingold.
