Partner Todd Hinnen was quoted in “One Year Until EU Privacy Regime Change: Prep Time is Now,” an article in Bloomberg BNA, regarding companies preparations for the European Union’s new privacy regime, General Data Protection Regulation.

Todd told Bloomberg BNA May 24 that companies must understand and better document their handling of personal data. This may require companies to develop new policies and implement new training for employees, he said.
