Bali described it as a "cool, full-circle moment" when RadNet's general counsel David Katz hired her to lead the radiology firm's response to class action litigation stemming from a 2020 data breach that exposed employee Social Security numbers and other personal data.

Katz had been a longtime partner at Perkins Coie before joining RadNet and was instrumental in the firm's decision to hire Sunita as a summer associate in the firm's diversity fellowship program, Sunita said.
