Partner John Penn was quoted in "Bankrupt Retailer A’Gaci Cancels Auction," an article in The San Antonio Express News, regarding the cancelled auction.

“You never want to schedule a party and then have no one come,” John Penn, a Dallas bankruptcy lawyer, said of the canceled auction. “You’re on a track for a sale and no one showed up to buy what you were selling.”

A sale is generally the quickest and least expensive option in a Chapter 11, said Penn. He is not involved in A’Gaci’s bankruptcy.
