Ted Boling  presented “NEPA beyond 50: EIA for Renewable Infrastructure Investment” to the International Association for Impact Assessment Conference. This presentation evaluated the role of the Council on Environmental Quality, the Permitting Council, and agency leadership in delivering environmental review of renewable energy infrastructure projects.
