LeAnn Johnson Koch was quoted in the CQ News article, "Biofuel Groups Say EPA Reneged on Trump's Promise," regarding the EPA's status on a deal to boost consumption of fuels derived from agricultural products, such as ethanol and biodiesel.

LeAnn, who advises a coalition of small refiners at [the firm], said small-refinery exemptions “do not destroy demand” for domestic biofuels and that there’s nothing to “reallocate.”

“EPA is forecasting that it plans to break the law and do harm to small refineries to displace volumes of fuel that were never lost,” LeAnn said in an email.
