“It’s certainly something that people are taking notice of,” said Jason, who advises public companies on stockholder activism. “Whereas 10 years ago, something like this [As You Sow report], may have been noticed by people on the operational level because consumers care, now shareholders may care too, and they can make noise when they want to.”
