DENVER, Colo. (November 9, 2017) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Jason Day has been named Firmwide Chair of the Public Companies & Capital Markets practice.

A partner with the firm’s Corporate Law practice, Jason counsels public company clients on SEC reporting, corporate governance and public offerings. Jason’s securities experience includes the representation of issuers and underwriters in public equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings. Since the start of 2013 he has represented multiple issuers in an aggregate of over $15 billion of equity and debt offerings. He is a co-author of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives.
