Janis Kestenbaum was quoted in the Law360 article, “FTC's New Bureau Head Likely To Keep Up Privacy Pressure” regarding Tom Pahl’s designation to replace Jessica Rich as Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Protection Bureau director.
