Jennifer Bluestein was quoted in The Chicago Tribune article, "From Child Care Stipends to Flexible Schedules, Companies Aim to Help Parents Juggle Remote Learning and Work Again This Fall," regarding the firm's plans to assist parents of school-aged children with their work-life balance.

Most employees have been working from home since March and have the option to continue to do so through at least the end of the year, said Jennifer.

To accommodate remote working during the pandemic, the firm doubled from 20 to 40 the number of days employees may use the backup care benefit through Bright Horizons, Jennifer said. The plan gives employees $100 a day to hire an in-home child care provider of their choice.
