David Biderman was quoted in “Parents Face Damages Hurdle in Tainted Baby Food Suits,” an article in Law360,* regarding lawsuits against baby food makers following a congressional report that showed high levels of heavy metals.

"The court, I think correctly, established a good precedent for defendants that when you measure exposure, you look at exposure based on consumption and you average that over the product or the product mix," said David Biderman.

"I suspect that [suits over baby food] are going to continue to be filed, but those suits in those other two areas didn't go anywhere," David said.
