Partner April Goff was quoted in "Despite Enforcement Delays, Attorneys Urge Preparation for AI, Privacy Laws," an article in HR Drive, regarding regulation of the use of AI and personal data for employment in certain states.

“If they don’t have California employees, a lot of companies think they’re off the hook. They’re not,” said April. “If they don’t come until April or May, that’s not going to give [companies] enough time to start the process. Companies have to start now,” April told HR Dive.
