“We’ve been through the alternatives,” debtors’ attorney Alan Smith of Perkins Coie LLP said Tuesday. “This we believe is the program that makes sense for dealing with a very troubled company.”

“The bottom line is they lost their biggest customer,” Smith told the court on Tuesday. “Sixty to 70 percent of their business went away”
