Nicole counsels individuals, families, and their advisors on estate planning, tax matters, trust and probate administration, and philanthropic planning. She plans and prepares tax-efficient wills and trusts; advises on entity formations; helps clients use gifts, sales, and other wealth-transfer strategies; and settles estates in probate.
In addition, Nicole has a strong focus on nonprofit law, counseling public charities, private foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of issues under state and federal law.
