Daniel Keese is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property practice with a focus on patent litigation. He has worked on patent litigation matters involving such technology areas as electronic commerce, mobile gaming technology, video coding, analog circuits and semiconductor processing. Dan has also represented clients in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in ITC actions.
In addition to patent litigation, Dan has litigated trade secret and unfair competition claims, and he has served in an IP counseling role. He also has provided pro bono representation of clients in asylum proceedings.
