Overview

Annie Guilyard is a San Diego-based associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice, handling regulatory and litigation matters pertaining to the food, beverage, and consumer products industries. She assists clients with matters involving the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), and analogous federal and state bodies.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Annie graduated from Yale Law School, where she served as editor of Yale Journal of International Law and Yale Journal of Law and Policy Review. While in law school, she clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Hawaii. Annie is also a captain for the U.S. Army Reserve, Military Intelligence Branch. She started her military service as an enlisted soldier in 2013.

As one of the first fellows selected for Perkins Coie’s Pro Bono Racial Justice Fellowship program, Annie spent one year in Washington, D.C., supporting the legal work of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, a long-time firm partner. She was also a summer associate with Perkins Coie in 2021.
