Amy Tucker is a partner of the Trust & Estate Planning practice working with clients in Washington and Oregon. Amy focuses her practice on estate planning and probate administration. Her practice includes tax-efficient planning for individuals and families, fiduciary representation, estate and trust administration, prenuptial planning, and nonjudicial trust and estate dispute resolutions. Amy helps clients establish a variety of trusts to meet their planning goals including grantor retained annuity trusts and intentionally defective grantor trusts. Amy’s practice includes planning for executives, business owners and multigenerational families.
