Brittany Sachs is a litigator representing employers in a range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes. Her experience includes wage-and-hour class-action lawsuits, representative actions brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single-plaintiff cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Brittany has experience with all facets of the litigation process, including preparing responsive pleadings, moving to compel arbitration, filing dispositive motions, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing for trial, bench trial experience, and negotiating settlements. She also has represented employers in response to charges filed with administrative agencies, including the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In addition to litigation, Brittany advises employers and assists clients by drafting, revising, and counseling on policies, practices, and procedures. Brittany also has prepared and conducted harassment trainings for employees.
