Tracy Bell is the Risk Officer and Executive Assistant, assisting the President and CEO of the company. Tracy is responsible for coordinating client intake and managing regulatory requirements, including oversight of PCTC policies and procedures.
Prior to joining PCTC, she was the executive legal assistant to the general counsel at Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company. Tracy graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
