Shannon McDermott regularly conducts internal investigations and advises clients on sensitive internal employment issues. She has assisted with numerous investigations affecting C-suite and other high-level employees, including claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, fraud, and ethics violations. Her experience includes interviewing witnesses, drafting investigation reports, and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
