Kiva Boddy is a Trust Operations Administrator at Perkins Coie Trust Company. She assists in handling the daily processing of securities and ensuring that assets received are booked quickly and accurately. She also assists with cash, wire, and ACH transactions. In addition, she assists the Investment team with their daily and monthly mutual fund trades and investment returns. Kiva also manages the company’s budget.
Kiva has over 20 years of financial services industry experience, in roles ranging from cashier, new account specialist, trader, operations associate, account transfers associate, margins clerk and client service associate. Prior to joining Perkins Coie Trust Company, Kiva was a Client Service Associate at Parametric Portfolio Associates. In this role she assisted a wide range of teams, working with Sales, Portfolio Managers, Billing, Trading, Advisors and custodians (Fidelity, National Financial Services, TDA, Schwab, BONY, Lockwood, Pershing and First Republic). Her previous investment advisory and brokerage industry experience come from RBC Wealth Management, National Securities Corporation and Pacific West Financial Group.
