Jordan Hameen Associate

Jordan Hameen is an associate in the firm's Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Jordan was a law clerk for Gap Inc. in the brand services and commercial contracts groups. Jordan’s experience includes conducting trademark clearance searches and preparing trademark applications, office action responses, and specimens to be filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Jordan has also represented pro bono clients with startups and conducted informational session on trademark registration, trademark clearance searches, and protecting trade secrets as a legal fellow at the nonprofit, Start Small Think Big.

While earning her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, she worked for USF’s Internet and Intellectual Property Justice Clinic and served as staff editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal. Jordan served as a board member of the University of San Francisco Moot Court Board and was a two-time participant in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, where in 2020 she won first place for Best Oral Advocate in the Western Regional Division. Prior to entering the legal field, Jordan worked as a Legislative Aid at the Georgia House of Representatives.
