Catherine’s practice spans various issues, including complex directors and officers liability and indemnification matters, cyber and privacy breaches, product liability, advertising liability, and long-tail bodily injury. She also assists clients on environmental contamination, large property and casualty losses, business automobile and trucking, employee theft, workers compensation, and nonsubscriber issues.
